Refund policy

At HÜKR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of our hunting and outdoor products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to assist you.

1. Return Period

You may return most items purchased from HÜKR within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.  


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:
• The item must be in its original packaging, and all tags must be attached.
• The item must not show any signs of use or wear.
• Returns for custom or personalized items are not accepted.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included with the return. 


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at support@hukr.com to inform them of your return request. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and any documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. Please choose a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Our customer support team can assist you with this process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hukr.com. We will gladly provide instructions for returning the damaged item and issuing a replacement or refund.
